1000s of people are starting new blogs and websites every day. You may well be one of them…. This post will show you one of the cheapest ways to set up a highly professional yet easy to manage blog on a small budget.

You could use your brand new blog for literally anything from a personal blog about your pet to a serious business blog aimed at getting new customers.
I always recommend Wordpress for a professional and highly customizable blog but there are other options such as Blogspot and GoDaddy.
So here you go.
Get a Domain Name: I recommend GoDaddy and also purchasing a dot com. With this code “OYH3″ to get a $2.50 discount and get your dot com domain for $7.45
Get Hosting: Recently I have been using HostGator and have been very pleased. Their cheapest package allows you to get monthly hosting for just $4.95…. Plus if you use this code “wordpress” or “jury” it should get you 1c hosting for the first month.
Set up Wordpress: Great thing with Hostgator is that Fantastico (that can be found in cpanel) allows you to get Wordpress set up in the click of a button.
Get a Theme: There are tons of free Wordpress themes available. One great thing that is happening right now is that some premium themes are becoming free! Try Revolution (from Nov 1st).
That is pretty much it…. You are ready to start writing.

Are you always broke with your credit card debts? Then here are some very useful tips for saving and budgeting money.
You should know the difference between your needs and wants. As we all know, needs include shelter, food, and clothing. You can also add transportation to your needs. However, wants are the things that are nice to have that could improve our lifestyle. For example, you need a car, but you don’t need a BMW to get from point A to point B. That is wanting. A less luxurious car is enough. Another one example is your need clothes. You need clothes to protect yourself from harmful elements and to make you look decent, but you don’t need tons of clothes inside your closet. This is another want.
Change some expensive habits. Instead of eating at a posh restaurant for 100$ a meal, why not try a trendy restaurant that serves 20$ meals. Usually, the differences in the price of the products and services depend on the brand. You can buy a clothing item that costs 5 times less than what designer labels cost. You won’t even notice the difference except maybe for a whole in your pocket when you buy the more expensive one.
When buying foods in the supermarket or grocery, check for items that are on sale and marked a few percent less. If you think you will need the product more than one time, buy it in bulk. However, compute for the price per unit (e.g. price per gram) just to make sure that you’re actually much better off with products in bulk or when you buy them individually.

Do you feel embarrassed when people see your tummy with layers of fat or with a slight bulge and you’re not pregnant? The following are some easy tips for a flat stomach.
- Eat foods that are rich in fiber such as fruits and vegetables. Fiber acts like a broom inside the stomach. It makes digestion and elimination easier. That slight bulge on your tummy is actually intestines that are a bit larger than normal size because of improper digestion and excretion.
- Have an exercise regimen which will address all the main muscles in your body. One tip is to exercise the muscles in your shoulder to make your waist look smaller. It’s okay to have muscles among women. It only means you are fit and can burn more calories, thus having a flatter stomach.
- Water is very important for all kinds of diet. Drink water or other fluids like tea with no sugar. This also aids in stomach problems and defecation.
- Take care of your heart. Attend cardio exercises several days in one week.
- Learn how to do Plank Pose. This is a good exercise routine because it addresses specific muscle for a flat stomach.
- Eat small snacks or meals frequently instead of eating a few times but in large amount. Don’t wait until you become hungry before you eat because it will only make you eat more.
- Limit white carbohydrates such as pasta, rice, potatoes, and bread.
- Instead of drinking whole milk, drink skim milk because you have to limit your dairy intake.

I found recently that I was forgetting a lot of small work related tasks and in some cases letting people down. I knew that I had to do something about this before I started annoying people and losing work. So I decided to start a TO DO list.
A TO DO list is something that I feel everybody should be using. If done efficiently you will not forget things and annoying little tasks that have to be done will be staring at you everytime you look at it. I find this forces me to get them out of the way.
How should you go about creating and maintaining your TO DO list?
I used to use a paper list and although this can be done, it has it’s own problems, such as being stuffed in a pocket or left in a bag. So I suggest using Google Docs.
Google have a very easy to use cool document suite that is easily accessible and will take minutes for you to set up. They also offer an offline syncronisation of all your docs, allowing you to work offline too. When you log in to Google Docs, the on and offline documents are synced.
So get yourself a Google Account and start using Google docs today. You will increase your productivity and organization without too much extra work.

It’s never too early or too late to start playing the guitar. You don’t have to aim for greatness, just learning to play a few very simple tunes can be very gratifying. So here are some simple guitar playing tips to get you going.
- Find a few of your favorite simple sounding songs and download the guitar tabs. Playing along with stuff you like will get you through the beginner frustration. Playing scales is essential for becoming a pro but you can always move onto that later.
- Find a friend who already plays or is also learning. Playing with a friend will put your learning curve into overdrive.
- Borrow or buy a second hand guitar to start. Don’t spend a lot of money on a guitar until you can play at least a few songs. This way when you go for the dream guitar you will have a good grasp of what is comfortable and what sound you like.
- Get an electronic tuner. Tuning is very frustrating. With an electric tuner you will be able to get your guitar in tune in a minute or two.
- Keep a pick in your pocket, bag or wallet. Every good guitar player has pick on them at all times. If you carry them everywhere you will never find yourself without one.
- If someone is playing, watch their hands and ask for some of their tips. They may even offer to teach you something.
- Get some teaching. Even if you book just one hour a week, having a pro tell you where you are going wrong will get you playing much faster.
- Join a band! This is the ultimate goal but even if you do it early on with other beginners, you will be motivated and pressured to practice and get good fast.

If you are happy with your weight then the next battle starts. You have to keep yourself in check and make sure that weight does not start creeping back on. This can be pretty easy if you keep a few useful tips at the front of your mind.
1. Read food labels.
Knowing what you are eating will keep you more inclined from over eating or binging. and keeping the calories limited.
2. Walk when possible.
Walking is pretty easy, so we often forget how many calories we burn doing it. One mile can burn 100 calories for most people. Get off the bus a stop early, walk up stairs instead of using the lift. Just use your legs for what they are there for.
3. Drink Water
You have surely heard this before and it’s well worth saying again. Often you think you are hungry and you are actually thirsty. Always keep some water nearby.
4. Ask for healthy choices in the reaturant
If you are eating out, ask the chef or waiter for the healthy choices. Keep the portions reasonable and don’t opt for super sized meals.
5. Give others health advice.
If you put yourself out there as a health and weight conscious person you will feel more of a burden to make sure you really follow your own advice. You will feel more confident too!
6. Treat yourself
Don’t starve yourself of your favorite things. Make sure you reach your goals first but always allow some slips in the plan. Sometimes that Kit Kat is needed!
