A friend of mine found this fantastically easy recipe for Eggless Sugar Cookies. This can be a fun baking project with the kids:
1 1/2 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
1tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
2 tablespoons of sour cream
1/2 cup of butter
2 tablespoons of milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup of sugar

mix all wet
mix all dry
mix all dry
combine wet & dry ingredients & mix well
drop teaspoon full on cookie sheet ( no additional grease required)
bake @ 325 Fahrenheit for 10-12 min
cool for 2 min

Enjoy with a tall glass of milk.
