Most people often go to beauty shops or drug stores to buy beauty and health care products and some even resort to cosmetic surgery. These are okay if you have the money. But actually, the most important thing is to change your lifestyle and habits. Below are beauty skin care and hair care tips that are very simple yet very effective.

Tips For Skincare:

  • Avoid too much sun exposure. Especially when you can already the heat of the sun pricking uncomfortably on your skin. You should apply sunscreen lotion on your skin with SPF 15 minimum.
  • People know that smoking is bad for the skin. It was found out that women who smoke a pack of cigarettes daily will be more likely to grow facial hairs!
  • Exercising is another tip on improving skin. Even if you are using the most effective skin care product, it will be useless if you don’t quit stop being a couch potato and being lazy.
  • Even if you have a very busy schedule, take time to rest. Resting is the time for your body to recharge itself and do its very own self-maintenance.

Tips For Hair Care:

  • Treat your hair very gently especially when wet. This applies for all kinds of hair. Try not to use blow-dryer because it could make your hair brittle and more prone to breakage.
  • If you have the habit of washing your hair more than once, at least use a very mild shampoo. Frequency of washing and shampoo depend on what kind of hair you have—curly, straight, frizzy, dry, or oily.
  • If you really need to iron or curl your hair, at least do it when you’re hair is already dry. And if possible, style your hair only once a week.
  • Have a regular haircut or trimming to prevent split ends.
